Terms of Service
The terms for beamfall.com, Beamfall Accounts, and the optional Beamfall Hosted Relay. Beamfall Core and the self-hosted Web UI are separately licensed under the GNU AGPL v3.
Last updated July 2026. This is a beta-period policy and will be reviewed with legal counsel before general availability.
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of beamfall.com, the Beamfall Account service, the device-link flow, and — where offered — the Beamfall Hosted Relay. They do not govern the open-source Beamfall Core server or the self-hosted Web UI, which are licensed to you under the GNU AGPL v3 and carry no account requirement.
By creating a Beamfall Account or using the hosted services you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Copyright and CSAM policies linked in the footer.
2. Your Beamfall Account
A Beamfall Account records only what you have purchased and which devices are signed in. It never stores your libraries, playback history, or viewing activity. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the devices you approve through the device-link flow.
3. Acceptable use and content
You are solely responsible for the media you host, stream, or route through your own server and any hosted relay tunnel. Beamfall provides byte-blind transport and account services; it does not host, index, or select your media, and cannot see its content.
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable law. Repeat copyright infringement and any child sexual abuse material result in termination as described in the Copyright/DMCA and CSAM policies.
4. Beta status and changes
The hosted services are offered during a beta period, are provided on an as-is basis without warranty, and may change or be discontinued. We will post material changes to these terms on this page with an updated date.
5. Termination
You may stop using the hosted services and delete your Beamfall Account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate hosted-service access for violations of these terms or the linked policies; termination of hosted access never disables the open-source Core software you self-host.
